good product not so good packaging

HI Tuski team - i really love the the product - it's really high quality but the packaging needs a rethink. So first off the product had melted so the inner cap came off with the product stuck on it. Then the next issue is that the roll on packaging is defective. So when I twist the product doesn't come out.
So a great balm but the packaging is letting it down.
