Refund policy
Tsuki Soap takes care to make sure we only send out our quality natural handmade soaps and prodcuts. However, we are not perfect, so in case we have made mistakes, we are glad to refund or exchange the soap for you.
Customers may get a refund on the purchases within 14 days in the following cases:
- Received a defective* or expired soap.
- Received a different soap from what you ordered.
In the above cases, you can choose to have the purchase refunded for shop credit or we will exchange your soap again.
TERMS FOR REFUNDS:
- Soap must be unused.
- Exchange of defective/incorrect soap will be delivered at our cost.
- Refunds will not be accepted other than the cases stated above.
HOW TO REQUEST FOR A REFUND/RESEND?
To start a refund, you can contact us at hello@tsukisoap.com.
If request is accepted, you may choose to get a refund in shop credit, or for us to resend your purchase.

REFUNDS
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be refunded store credit.
DEFECTS, DAMAGES OR OTHER ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right as quickly as possible.
* Defective meaning – broken, destroyed due to shipping problems (case by case basis – please feel free to contact us at hello@tsukisoap.com.)
